Step into a sacred space where sound and energy healing come together to restore balance to your mind, body, and spirit. This Sound Bath with Reiki experience is designed to help you release stress, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with your inner calm.

What Is a Sound Bath with Reiki?

A sound bath uses soothing frequencies from instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other harmonic tools to guide your body into a deeply meditative state. As the sounds wash over you, Reiki energy healing is gently offered to support energetic alignment, emotional release, and overall well-being.

 

Together, sound and Reiki create a powerful, yet gentle, healing experience that works on a cellular and energetic level.

No prior experience with Reiki or sound bath s needed—simply come as you are and receive.

What to Expect

You’ll be comfortably lying down or seated while healing sounds fill the space. Reiki energy is offered either hands-on or hands-off (based on comfort and consent), allowing your body to relax and receive exactly what it needs.

This session is held in a peaceful, supportive environment where you can fully let go and be present.

The Joyful Child Foundation develops, implements, supports, and/or sponsors programs that serve to empower children and adults with tools and training to proactively advocate for safety and better protect children from all forms of abuse, violence, and exploitation.

Sunday, February 22 is the 9th Annual BRAVE Race, hosted by The Joyful Child Foundation, with proceeds benefitting The Joyful Child’s BE BRAVE-BE SAFE programs.  Participants can run, jog, or walk a 1K, 5K or Joyful Challenge Combo 5K/10K at Wolverine Stadium in Aliso Viejo, CA.

HeartSpace OC's holistic healing faire is Southern California's largest monthly holistic healing faire! I will be offering Reiki sessions at the Saturday, January 31 healing faire from 11am - 5pm. It is located at 24351 Moulton Pkwy in Laguna Woods.
